Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing and processing payroll for France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting and payroll regulations. The role involves close collaboration with the Human Resources and Corporate Finance departments to maintain accurate payroll and benefits payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee precise and timely payroll processing for France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
• Collaborate with Trimble’s payroll vendor to verify accurate monthly payroll outcomes and ensure compliance with government authority requirements in all covered countries.
• Manage payroll accruals and prepayments effectively.
• Maintain data accuracy between the HRIS (Workday) and Cloudpay systems using integration reports.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries.
• Provide backup support for global payroll activities as needed through Cloudpay's payroll calendar.
• Work with the wider Finance team to perform monthly payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate and implement payroll improvement initiatives in France, Spain, and Italy by liaising with internal and external partners to optimize payroll solutions.
• Collect and process manual payroll inputs such as TOP, commissions, ESPP, and RSU with proper approvals for Cloudpay uploads.
