Business Segments
- Corporate Secretary: Automates company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom, and immigration processes using customized online robots and SleekSign. Holds 35% market share of new incorporations in Singapore.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Offers accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and payroll services enhanced by the proprietary SleekBooks ledger and AI tools.
- FinTech Payments: Addresses digital banking challenges for new businesses.
Role Overview
We are actively seeking a Partnerships and Business Development Executive based in Australia to significantly increase Sleek's market penetration. Reporting to the Australia Country Manager and Co-founder, this role emphasizes outbound acquisition, focused on securing high-value strategic partnerships to drive scalable customer growth primarily across fintech, eCommerce, and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners, targeting fintech, eCommerce, and tech ecosystems to generate new customers.
- Source, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships that secure a minimum of 15 new customers monthly within the first quarter, aiming to scale to over 60 new customers per month by the end of the first year.
- Structure commercially beneficial agreements that maximize revenue and expand market presence.
- Collaborate internally with sales and marketing teams to rapidly onboard and activate partners, ensuring measurable performance and return on investment.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven, high-performing experience in SMB business development, corporate sales, or outbound partnerships within fast-paced fintech, SaaS, or tech startups.
- Consistent achievement of aggressive quotas related to partner acquisition and revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of acquiring SMB or mid-market customers through channels, alliances, and indirect distribution.
- An extensive and active network within Australia's SME hubs, fintech circles, accelerators, and eCommerce communities.
- Exceptional commercial negotiation skills with the ability to pitch complex solutions, address objections, and close deals independently. Preferred prior connections across the broader ANZ region.

Recruitment Process
The interview process typically spans up to three weeks and may include:
- Initial screening with Talent Acquisition Lead
- A 60-minute case study or technical interview with the Australia Country Head
- A final 60-minute interview with the Chief Revenue Officer
- Reference checks from at least two professional referees (e.g., former managers or senior leaders)
Background Screening
As a regulated entity, Sleek conducts background verification conditional on role, potentially covering education, criminal records, political exposure, bankruptcy, and adverse credit history with candidate consent. Adverse findings may affect probation outcomes.
