Key Responsibilities

• Arrange PepsiCo products on store shelves, racks, coolers, and promotional displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Execute in-store promotions by ensuring shelves are fully stocked and promotional materials are prominently presented.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide excellent service to Pepsi accounts.
• Maintain orderly and organized back-room stock areas.
• Rotate expired products to preserve product freshness and quality.

Qualifications

• Possession of a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent.
• Open to students.
• Valid Class G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is required.
• Physical capability to lift items up to 50 lbs is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Excellent time management skills.

Additional Assets

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience.
• Experience working in grocery stores.
