Role Overview

Join H&M as a Part-Time Sales Advisor and play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with fashion insights and product knowledge to assist informed decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure outstanding service through every step of the shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming sales floor and backroom area.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Positively represent yourself and the brand during all customer interactions.

Joining the dynamic Store Team means collaborating with various roles including Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Managers, and other responsible staff. Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or related sectors.
• A passion for fashion and dedication to creating exceptional in-store experiences that promote products and boost sales.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
• Good communication skills, creativity, curiosity about store technology, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Flexibility and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
