Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Part-Time F&B Host to join our team as soon as possible. This position involves supporting various hotel departments, providing diverse work experiences beyond a single area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide flexible assistance across multiple departments, including bar, kitchen, and service, to handle peak demands and swiftly address guest needs.
• Ensure seamless operations in the Food & Beverage sector through efficient management of resources and coordinated workflows, guaranteeing superior service quality.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to the highest standards.
• Respond proactively to guest inquiries and handle unexpected situations to maintain an enjoyable, disruption-free dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to foster smooth operations and maximize guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Prior service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in the German language is required.
• Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach towards tasks.
• Committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned duties.
• Reliable and enthusiastic about working in a demanding environment.
• Willingness to adapt quickly to digital tools and new systems.
