Job Overview

The position of Painter involves performing maintenance and repair tasks related to the hotel's building fabric, including wallpapering, painting, and decoration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply decorations to ceilings and walls throughout the property.
• Prepare and decorate all woodwork components such as doors, architraves, windows, and skirting boards.
• Strip and ready walls to accommodate new wallpaper as directed.
• Repair and upkeep existing wall coverings.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled per management's instructions.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience

Candidates should possess technical education or an equivalent qualification with prior experience in a similar capacity. The role requires compliance with policies and regulations and good physical condition. Proficiency in English and the ability to identify and fix issues efficiently are essential.
