Overnight Associate

About the Role

This position involves supporting customers by executing assigned tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing its flow to the sales area. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets to the sales floor, and assisting with merchandise processing within a safe and tidy environment. The role requires teamwork to plan and carry out duties aligned with workload and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor before store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional displays.
• Carry out live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on labelling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Transfer pallets to and from the sales floor to support overnight processing.
• Stock the sales floor as directed and offer customer service when needed.
• Label the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies and completing safety sweep logs, ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75 (CAD).

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
