Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves supporting customer service by efficiently managing tasks related to receiving merchandise and its movement to the sales floor. Key duties include unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing inventory, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. The associate will work collaboratively within a team to plan and carry out duties aligned with workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label featured products.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom bins and stocking areas, differentiating from day or evening fulfillment roles.
• Transport pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with sales floor stocking and provide customer service when needed.
• Ensure proper labeling of the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $16.15.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
