Position Overview

This senior delivery excellence role involves leading and managing teams to deliver middleware integration solutions, specifically focused on Boomi platforms, in a highly collaborative international environment. You will drive the implementation of quality models, create innovative delivery platforms, and interact with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-location teams including offshore, onsite, and client groups to deliver middleware solutions.
• Design and deliver enterprise integration solutions utilizing various middleware platforms.
• Gather requirements from end users and functional consultants to produce technical design documentation and implement solutions.
• Analyze current architectures and develop future state integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and refine data for deliverables.
• Ensure optimal technical solutions across design, development, operations, and enhancement phases.
• Support business users during critical testing phases such as CRPs, SITs, and UATs.
• Promote integration best practices, conduct training sessions, and mentor team members.
• Assess projects comprehensively for scope, scale, objectives, and impact.
• Provide incident resolution support adhering to SLAs, including shift work for client support.
• Be willing to travel onsite as required for short or extended periods.
• Participate actively in business sales cycles.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 7.5 to 8 years of extensive experience working with Boomi middleware.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across at least three client-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of Boomi architecture including Admin setup and licensing knowledge.
• Familiarity with Boomi API Management modules such as gateway, broker, IDP, developer portal, and subscription management is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of integration design patterns including File, Batch, and Real-time, with solid Web Services fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi connectors including Disk, FTP, Mail, various databases, Web services listeners, Atom Queue, HTTP client, SOAP and REST clients.
• Integration experience with large enterprise systems like ERP (Oracle, SAP), CRM (Siebel), and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Web Services technologies such as RESTful APIs (XML, JSON), SOAP APIs, SOA, SFTP/PGP/SSL, and Microservices architecture.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles such as SaaS, PaaS, and multi-tiered design, including knowledge on code migration through CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in schema design for EDI, JSON, and database profiles.
• Experienced in technology and application adapters including File, FTP/SFTP, Database, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Good programming knowledge in Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ANSI and EDIFACT EDI standards.
• Strong grasp of security protocols including Basic Auth, OAuth, and Client Certificates.
• Experience working with onsite-offshore delivery models and CMMI environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with various deployment models and best practices in middleware.
• Capable of defining approaches for API implementations including message routing, transformation, filtering, batch processing, error handling, DLQ management, sequencing, and compensation mechanics.
• Proficient in documenting integration solution architectures.
• Knowledgeable in Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
• Must hold Boomi Professional Developer and Boomi Professional Architect certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and OIC is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA, TFS, and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to DevOps and automation tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, SAFe Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in risk management and handling customer escalations.
• Ability to interact effectively at multiple organizational levels.
