About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the knowledge management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop governance frameworks, including standards, taxonomies, metadata models, and content lifecycle procedures.
- Oversee policies governing content creation, review, approval, publication, archival, and retirement.
- Lead steering committees and promote knowledge initiatives within the practice.
- Design and manage a centralized knowledge repository ensuring content is organized, searchable, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Drive repository usability improvements and facilitate adoption of collaboration platforms.
- Implement processes to systematically capture and curate methodologies, accelerators, templates, playbooks, lessons learned, case studies, training materials, and domain expertise from client engagements and delivery programs.
- Encourage a knowledge-sharing culture by leading awareness campaigns and adopting programs to increase repository usage.
- Partner with Learning & Development to integrate content into capability-building efforts.
- Support development and governance of intellectual property, service offerings, and reusable assets ensuring alignment with practice standards.
- Analyze metrics related to knowledge creation, use, and repository health; execute audits and continuously improve knowledge frameworks including leveraging AI-enabled technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business, Technology, Knowledge Management, or closely related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in knowledge management, practice operations, content management, learning & development, or consulting enablement.
- Experience in enterprise knowledge repositories and supporting large consulting practices focused on Enterprise Applications such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, and Microsoft.
- Expertise with knowledge management frameworks, information architecture, taxonomy design, content lifecycle management, repository governance, and change management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Viva/Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, knowledge management platforms, Power BI analytics, AI-based search tools, and content management systems.
- Strong leadership skills including strategic thinking, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, influencing without formal authority, and program management.
