Operations Manager - RCC Chimney Civil Projects

About the Role

BrajProjects Private Limited seeks a committed and diligent Operations Manager to lead and manage the execution of RCC chimney construction projects nationwide. The role demands overseeing all site operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols, and facilitating on-time delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and coordinate project execution plans.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams effectively.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and project requirements.
• Liaise regularly with clients, consultants, suppliers, and vendors for seamless operations.
• Monitor schedules, supervise material supply, and manage manpower allocation.
• Address and resolve project site challenges promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Conduct site visits as necessary and maintain detailed project documentation.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Holder of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma minimum requirement).
• 2 to 3 years of civil construction experience; expertise in RCC chimneys, industrial or high-rise concrete structures and slipform methods is preferable.
• Strong planning, leadership, and communication capabilities.
• Fundamental proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation systems.
• Willing and able to undertake frequent travel across multiple project sites in India.

Additional Information
