Responsibilities

• Examine current operational workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and find improvement opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to develop and apply more efficient processes that increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Continuously assess the impact of implemented process changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify areas suitable for automation and the integration of technology across operational activities.
• Partner closely with IT and technology teams to design and launch automated systems that boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools to enhance operations and decision-making.
• Lead a team of operations staff by mentoring, guiding, and evaluating performance to foster a positive and innovative work environment.
• Effectively assign tasks and responsibilities to maximize team effectiveness and project success.
• Collaborate with the product development team to gain insights into features and user requirements, offering operational perspectives to influence product design and implementation.
• Help shape product roadmaps, schedule releases, and prioritize features based on operational needs.
