Operations Executive - Shopping Mall

Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive to manage daily cleaning activities for a shopping mall, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and uphold cleanliness standards within the shopping mall premises.
• Plan and coordinate manpower allocation; monitor attendance and performance of cleaning staff and address manpower-related issues effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients; manage and resolve any client feedback or complaints promptly.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and mandatory training requirements.
• Supervise usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials; control operational costs and provide direct hands-on assistance when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning services, facilities management, hospitality, or similar sectors is desirable.
• Experience in supervising cleaning teams or managing supervisor staff is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities paired with leadership skills.
• Capability to manage client relationships and efficiently solve operational problems.
• Strong skills in planning and problem resolution.
• Willingness to work on-site and participate directly in operations when needed.
