Role overview

SprintRay is hiring an Operations Analyst to help drive commercial strategy and major business initiatives through strong organization, analysis, reporting, and project support. The role sits at the intersection of data and execution, helping leadership make informed decisions as the company grows its relationships with distributors and enterprise customers.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys turning data into insight, building reports, improving workflows, and keeping cross-functional work moving. You will work closely with executives and teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep initiatives aligned and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide reporting, analytical support, and operational follow-through for commercial initiatives led by senior leadership.
  • Help coordinate programs and activities tied to distributor and enterprise accounts.
  • Create presentation materials, reports, and briefing documents for executive audiences.
  • Monitor milestones, action items, and deliverables across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Contribute ideas to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the commercial organization.
  • Pull, structure, and interpret data from CRM, ERP, and other internal systems.
  • Build recurring and one-off reports that improve visibility into commercial performance.
  • Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools.
  • Spot patterns, risks, and opportunities in the data and summarize them clearly for leadership.
  • Check reports and presentations for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Coordinate projects involving Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Success.
  • Track project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Keep stakeholders updated and help ensure initiatives stay on timeline.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and other commercial efforts.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting, workflows, and operating processes.
  • Develop reusable templates and documentation for regular business activities.
  • Assist with automation and continuous improvement work.
  • Take on additional special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Marketing, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Business Analytics, or a related area.
  • Advanced Excel ability, including PivotTables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce polished executive-facing presentations.
  • Hands-on experience extracting, organizing, and analyzing business data.
  • Excellent project coordination and organization skills.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Preferred: experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
  • Preferred: exposure to commercial, sales, or distribution organizations.
