Role Overview

Samsic Facility Ireland is offering an exciting permanent full-time position for an Operations Administrator to join their Daily Office Cleaning Operations team based at Unit 16, The Hub Logistics Park, Bracetown, Dublin 15. The position focuses on partnering with Area Managers to facilitate smooth everyday operations through comprehensive administrative support, operational coordination, report preparation, recruitment assistance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Daily Office Cleaning Operations team and Area Managers by managing day-to-day operational activities.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain timely and accurate operational reports, documentation, and records.
  • Coordinate procurement of cleaning supplies, uniforms, stationery, and other essentials by engaging with suppliers as necessary.
  • Support recruitment processes such as interview scheduling, recruitment paperwork, onboarding procedures, and management of starter documentation.
  • Create employee identification cards, keep training records current, and ensure employee and operational data is correctly maintained in company systems.
  • Oversee the Operations inbox, manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, and perform general administrative duties.
  • Provide administrative assistance during operational audits, compliance verifications, meetings, and various projects in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Offer reception coverage when required and carry out additional reasonable tasks to assist the Operations team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least two years of experience in administration or operational support roles.
  • Previous background in supporting operational teams is advantageous.
