Role Overview
This position involves delivering excellent support services encompassing porterage, waste management, linen and laundry handling, and food service duties. The role requires undertaking various cleaning tasks, both light and heavy, including high and low level cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and cobweb removal. The post-holder will support healthcare professionals and engage politely and appropriately with patients and their families, operating harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Competence in porterage, cleaning, waste, and laundry services.
- Willingness and ability to understand hygiene protocols, infection control, food safety, occupational health and safety, quality management, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination standards.
Mandatory Requirements
- Up-to-date vaccination against specific vaccine-preventable diseases as per Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
