Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Onboarding Specialist to oversee and enhance the new employee integration process, from the moment an offer is accepted to the day they start. This role is essential in delivering a smooth, engaging, and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute onboarding paperwork efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed promptly.
- Lead onboarding orientation sessions to welcome new employees.
- Track onboarding progress and address any issues impacting the employee experience proactively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years experience in employee onboarding.
- Demonstrated expertise handling large-scale onboarding operations, including documentation and data management.
- Practical knowledge of HRIS software, preferably iSolved.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate record keeping.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with iSolved HRIS platform.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
Work Conditions
This is a fully remote role; however, candidates must be available to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is between $60,000 and $68,640 per year.
