Non-Drive Shed Coordinator

Role overview

Auto & General Australia is looking for a coordinator to manage the Non-Drive Shed operations in Brisbane, Queensland. In this position, you will support the Site Manager by making sure non-drive vehicles are positioned and available for assessment in an efficient and orderly way.

Core duties

• Direct and place vehicles into the appropriate bays.
• Keep the Non-Drive Shed clean and well maintained.
• Manage tow truck movement, including vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Replenish shed consumables as required.
• Spot total-loss vehicles, take photographs, and arrange for them to be towed out.

Experience and capabilities

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a comparable role or environment, along with a current open manual driver licence. Strong organisational and time-management ability is important, as is confidence using computers. You should also be a clear communicator in both written and verbal form and be committed to strict OH&S standards.
