Role overview

The Munich Marriott City West is looking for a Night Audit team member to support overnight front office and finance operations at its Munich property. The hotel features 398 rooms and suites, extensive event space, several dining outlets, a rooftop terrace, and an MClub Lounge. The role is based in the lively Westend area, close to Munich’s Old Town and within walking distance of the Oktoberfest grounds.

Key duties

• Welcome arriving guests, assist with departures, and respond to guest questions or concerns throughout the night.
• Carry out daily financial calculations carefully and follow established procedures.
• Use hotel management systems to complete the night audit, daily closing activities, and the night run.
• Review reservations and handle group invoicing.
• Prepare accounting reports and statistical summaries for the finance team.
• Perform regular security checks, including entrances, exits, and escape routes, to ensure they remain clear and accessible.
• Support a smooth and safe overnight experience for guests.

Requirements

• Vocational training is preferred, ideally in tourism, or at least 1 year of experience as a night auditor in a hotel.
• Comfort working overnight shifts.

• Very good German and English communication skills.
• Friendly, confident presentation with a practical, can-do approach.
• Professional manner, personal charm, and the ability to connect well with guests.
• Valid work permit for the EU/Germany.
