Multi Trade Operative - North London

Overview

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their maintenance team covering properties in Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets, and nearby areas. This permanent role involves delivering high-quality maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property condition checks within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of maintenance tasks and repairs in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, and flooring.
• Efficiently complete all work orders and ensure properties meet required standards.
• Conduct property maintenance checks and void preparation duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience across various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring, and fitting kitchens and bathrooms.
• Strong reliability and professionalism.
• Valid UK driving licence essential as a company van will be supplied for work travel.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, residing in England or Wales; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Successful completion of a Basic Criminal Record Check is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range from £34,359 to £42,759.
• Monthly London Weighting Allowance of £125 for employees in the London region.

Additional Details

• Working hours are 40 hours per week.
