Job description
Role Overview
As a MSD CRM Architect, you will oversee complete CRM implementation projects to ensure delivery within timelines while maintaining high quality. Collaborating with diverse teams to understand business demands, you will craft solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics platform. Additionally, you will offer expert technical advice on micro moulds and plastic injection molding systems, addressing client queries effectively. Building and nurturing robust client relations through clear communication, problem resolution, and consistent progress reporting is key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of CRM implementation assignments with focus on timely and quality outcomes.
- Engage with cross-departmental teams to gather business needs and formulate Dynamics-based solutions.
- Provide specialized technical support regarding micro moulds and plastic injection molding methods.
- Establish strong client partnerships by managing communications and proactively updating project status.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 7 to 18 years of experience within IT services and consulting sectors.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge in CRM deployment, customization, and system integration including ERP systems.
- Competent in Micro Moulds and Plastics-related software tools.
- Exhibit outstanding abilities in customer relationship management, trustworthy and credible interaction with clients.
Eligibility
