About the Role
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Mobility Operations Executive to oversee and enhance day-to-day mobility operations. This position involves close coordination with drivers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transportation services and swift resolution of any issues, thereby maintaining operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily mobility services and operational activities.
- Liaise with drivers, fleet partners, and customers to facilitate uninterrupted service delivery.
- Monitor trip performance data, vehicle utilization, and related operational parameters.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed operational records and generate daily and weekly performance reports.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding and training new drivers or mobility partners as required.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
- Monitor service levels and implement corrective measures to reduce disruptions.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational aptitude.
- Prior experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or customer operations is beneficial.
Preferred Experience
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in mobility operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, or similar sectors.
- Familiarity with operational dashboards and performance indicator tracking is a plus.
