Overview
We are seeking a diligent MIS Executive to oversee and sustain the Management Information System within our organization. The role involves ensuring precise and prompt data gathering, reporting, and analytical tasks. The MIS Executive will collaborate with multiple departments to supply essential data support, with extensive use of MS Excel for data presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and update the company's MIS platform to maintain data integrity.
- Collect, verify, and analyse data consistently to produce accurate reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand and fulfill their data requirements.
- Create and manage detailed sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Oversee monthly attendance records for on-roll and off-role employees and prepare payroll data matrices using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Generate various management reports for stakeholders.
- Detect and resolve inconsistencies in reports and dashboards and implement measures to avoid recurrence.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Prior experience managing professional data is essential.
- Preferably has worked in a public company or public practice environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially advanced MS Excel skills.
- Capability to perform thorough data reconciliation activities.
