About the Role
Teamspace Financial Services Private Limited is seeking a meticulous and analytical MIS Executive to join their team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This role demands expertise in managing management information systems, generating accurate reports, maintaining data integrity, and supporting business operations through detailed data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports aligned with business needs.
- Gather, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure timely delivery and precision of all MIS reports provided.
- Perform data analysis and extract actionable insights for the management and operational teams.
- Detect and resolve data inconsistencies by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Generate performance and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Maintain documentation and records related to reports and data.
- Support initiatives to streamline and automate reporting processes.
- Collaborate across internal functions to collect and validate required data.
- Handle sensitive business and customer information discreetly and confidentially.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard reporting protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Between 1 to 4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, banking operations, or relevant field.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and general data manipulation.
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for managing multiple reporting tasks within deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database management systems.
- Prior work experience in banking or financial services sectors.
- Experience with report automation and building dashboards.
Additional Details
- Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly Day Off: Sunday.
- Additional Off Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
- Compensation Range: INR 18,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
