Merchandising Execution Associate

Job Overview

As a Merchandising Execution Associate, your main responsibility is to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers, all while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Supplier Relations

• Carry out price adjustments, product rotation, and special initiatives aimed at enhancing product presentation to meet supplier requirements and expectations.

Driving Sales

• Implement merchandising strategies to ensure products are properly showcased to boost sales.
• Construct displays and fixtures using hand and power tools as needed, and update display materials, signage, and brochures.

Operational Duties

• Work collaboratively in teams under on-site supervision to service multiple departments, involving repetitive lifting, bending, and operation of lift equipment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with store team members, delivering exceptional service to both internal colleagues and customers.
• Positions available for both day and overnight shifts.
