About Health Pillar Hospitals

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to independent clinic and nursing home doctors to educate general practitioners and consultants on hospital specialties, advanced medical technology, and clinical achievements.
- Develop and manage referral procedures to facilitate effective communication when external physicians direct patients to specialized treatments.
- Conduct systematic surveys within designated areas to identify and map clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers to broaden the hospital's business-to-business network.
- Coordinate health screening initiatives such as blood pressure and cardiac check-ups in partnership with local residential associations, community centers, and clubs to attract prospective patients.
- Pitch and organize routine health check-ups, occupational health assessments, and wellness programs at corporate offices within the assigned territory.
- Implement localized public health campaigns focusing on issues like stroke and diabetes awareness in densely populated community spaces.
- Serve as a liaison for high-value or corporate-referred patients, facilitating seamless navigation through outpatient or admission procedures.
- Engage with public sector undertakings, government organizations, and large private companies to formally include the hospital as a preferred healthcare provider.
- Communicate client feedback regarding third-party administrators and cashless insurance services to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Engage with industrial areas and factories to propose customized health services including annual check-ups, emergency support, and ambulance partnerships.
- Plan and execute Continuing Medical Education events where senior consultants deliver complex case presentations to local medical professionals.
- Represent the hospital at medical exhibitions, pharmaceutical trade fairs, and professional doctor gatherings.
- Arrange speaking engagements for hospital specialists at community clubs and senior citizen groups to strengthen the hospital’s local reputation.
- Maintain detailed daily call reports documenting doctor visits, health camp results, and lead generation metrics within CRM systems.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, new health packages, and marketing activities within the designated region.
- Ensure all field interactions and marketing materials comply with healthcare advertising regulations and medical council ethical standards.
- Manage below-the-line marketing collateral including brochures, banners, and flyers, ensuring prominent display at partner locations.
- Collect feedback from patients and community stakeholders to identify service gaps and report them to hospital management.
- Analyze referral data monthly to optimize field routes and focusing efforts on medical clusters with higher potential.
- Track competitor products and promotional strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular performance reports demonstrating ROI and identifying underperforming channels.
Eligibility
Candidates should have a background in hospital management or marketing, including degrees such as BHM/BHMCT in Hospital Management, B.B.A. or B.M.S. in Marketing, or a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
