  • Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC

• IPDRG Quality Analyst
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Experience Required: 4+ years
  • Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC
  • Package: Up to 16 LPA
  • Salary increase possibility: Up to 30% hike
• IPDRG Trainer
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Experience Required: 5+ years
  • Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC
  • Package: Up to 14 LPA
  • Salary increase possibility: Up to 30% hike
• IPDRG Validation Specialist
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in IPDRG or IPDRG Validation

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review medical records and supporting clinical documentation.
• Assign precise diagnosis and procedural codes based on evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to relevant coding standards and guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of coding quality and productivity.
• Specifically analyze surgical documentation for accurate coding alignment.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Strong command of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and IPDRG frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of inpatient medical records and clinical notes.
• Consistent capability to meet coding accuracy, quality, and productivity goals.
• Effective analytical and communication aptitude.
• Up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and compliance metrics.
