MDM Lead

Role overview

Net2Source is hiring an Oracle MDM Lead for a full-time permanent position in Abu Dhabi, UAE, supporting a UAE-based bank. The role focuses on leading master data management activities end to end, with responsibility for the design, delivery, and ongoing support of MDM solutions that preserve data quality, consistency, and integrity across the enterprise.

This position works with Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality, Siebel UCM, and Oracle Data Integrator.

What you will do

You will guide all MDM workstreams, align data management efforts with business priorities, and oversee the functional and technical delivery of MDM applications. The role also involves improving data quality processes, supporting stewardship operations, and ensuring reliable data publishing and consumption across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate master data management activities across the program.
• Translate business goals into MDM strategy and solution architecture.
• Design, implement, and support MDM applications and related workflows.
• Improve the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and governance of enterprise data.
• Work on data cleansing, standardization, clustering, matching, de-duplication, and reference data handling.
• Design Data Steward user interfaces and manage merge/unmerge operations.
• Automate resolution of suspect queues where possible.
• Apply cross-referencing, survivorship, source history, and publish/subscribe concepts effectively.
• Define data quality rules and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders throughout delivery.

Required background

The role requires more than 8 years of experience in MDM, specifically in the banking domain. Candidates should bring strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality, Siebel UCM, and Oracle Data Integrator, along with the ability to define strategy and architecture for MDM initiatives.

Additional profile expectations

You should be comfortable communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to drive data quality improvement efforts are important for success in this position.
