Role Overview

The Oceania Marketing Executive will focus on operations for High Jewelry products, assisting the High Jewelry Product Manager in fostering growth within the Oceania market. This role entails analyzing product performance and market trends to develop targeted local initiatives in collaboration with Retail, Boutiques, and Regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Boutiques and the Logistics team for High Jewelry product operations.
• Oversee the logistics of import and export activities between Australia, New Zealand, other regions, and among Boutiques.
• Manage logistic arrangements for local High Jewelry events and boutique activations.
• Support execution of High Jewelry content and tools alongside the Product Manager.
• Maintain and coordinate the deposit list for High Jewelry pieces with relevant teams.
• Promptly respond to product-related inquiries from Boutiques and monitor client appointment plans.
• Provide assistance during local events through product knowledge, tools, and onsite support.
• Support product launches and in-store promotional activities for new collections.
• Communicate product knowledge and sales tools effectively to support business goals.
• Collaborate with Retail and Merchandising to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conduct analyses on product performance to inform strategy.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills for interpreting data efficiently.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Show enthusiasm for understanding evolving client and supplier needs.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally to meet business objectives.
• Display initiative, accountability, and dedication to the role.
