About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our Dubai (DIFC) branch as a Marketing and Communications Manager. This role is tasked with designing and executing impactful marketing and communication strategies to boost brand visibility, support business objectives, and strengthen our reputation amongst both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and roll out local marketing and communication strategies that align with the Bank's broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research including competitor analysis to refine marketing approaches and tactics.
  • Manage the client experience across all points of contact, covering both printed and digital marketing materials and client engagement events, whether virtual or in-person.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee high-quality client events end-to-end, including development of thought-leadership content and performing post-event analytics to evaluate ROI and effectiveness.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance business growth in the Middle East, with a focus on raising brand awareness among key stakeholder groups and target segments.
  • Work closely with internal teams to craft and implement internal communication plans for staff events, business briefings, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Create and edit compelling content such as internal newsletters and employee features that communicate the Bank’s mission and culture via multiple channels.
  • Lead coordination and management of internal events, including webinars and town halls.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, imagery, and identity across all communication materials to suit bank priorities.
  • Develop and implement measurement methods to assess the success of marketing and communication efforts.
  • Oversee the Marketing and Communication budget to ensure effective resource management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing and communications roles, ideally within the UAE market.
  • Excellent oral and written communication capabilities, including strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills; Arabic fluency is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experienced in event and project management, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added benefit.
