Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in implementing Tenzo's marketing plans with great attention to detail and organization. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position involves managing daily marketing projects, updating and producing marketing materials, coordinating product launches, and supporting customer-facing campaigns—all ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain diverse marketing assets such as sales decks, product sheets, website copy, Amazon listings, and email campaigns.
• Meticulously proofread and edit all materials to uphold Tenzo's brand standards and ensure accuracy.
• Organize and systematize marketing templates, assets, and creative resources for easy access and use.
• Oversee marketing projects end-to-end, managing schedules, tracking outputs, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors including designers and agencies.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for product launches and sales support, including trade show collateral and distributor documents.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitors to guide marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, product development, and leadership to deliver marketing objectives and address internal requests.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, driving them to completion with minimal supervision while continuously enhancing workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in marketing or project coordination, ideally in consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or consumer brands.
• Exceptional organizational abilities that enable juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality results consistently.
• Strong eye for detail with excellent proofreading and editing capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive, dependable, and capable of independently driving tasks forward.
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace where priorities may shift rapidly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing platforms is advantageous.
