Overview
The YouTube Business Central Strategy & Operations Team leads cross-functional global efforts to accelerate growth and strengthen the creator and partner ecosystem. This role supports the APAC region by driving market analysis, strategic initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to inform executive decisions while collaborating with teams regionally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed diagnostics of country markets, highlight growth areas and risks, and formulate strategic interventions with clear escalation paths.
- Analyze viewer behavior and growth data; translate findings into partner recommendations and craft persuasive narratives for country reviews alongside local leaders.
- Oversee regional strategic projects, coordinating actions across Business, Marketing, and Product teams at both regional and global levels.
- Provide strategic guidance ensuring stakeholder alignment and incorporate regional perspectives into global planning processes.
- Design and implement innovative market experiments to improve go-to-market strategies, complete data analysis for evaluation, manage internal procedures, and assist leadership in scaling successful projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles.
- Minimum 4 years collaborating with executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with YouTube's large partner and creator ecosystem, market dynamics, and competition.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, energetic, and evolving team setting.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, including structuring persuasive presentations and documentation.
