About the Role

The Audits and Insights Team (AIT) within SPT Audit programs evaluates the precision of enforcement actions and appeal processes across various operational domains such as account and listing enforcement, Perfect Order Experience, Selling Partner Risk & Abuse, Financial Disincentives, Brand Protection, Product Review Abuse, Restricted Products, Safety, and Product Safety & Compliance. This is achieved through statistically significant audits that aim to enhance enforcement accuracy, improve appeal handling, and reduce unnecessary friction for sellers by identifying methods to minimize enforcement and appeals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion process improvements and redesign initiatives to achieve both immediate and long-term operational gains.
  • Oversee end-to-end transformation of operations processes and continuously uncover scalable opportunities within AIT functions.
  • Enhance cost efficiency in collaboration with operations, program, product, and policy teams.
  • Partner with tooling teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Design and establish new operational metrics that accurately reflect efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform quantitative analyses of process indicators to discover improvement areas.
  • Drive standardization of processes across the AIT operations network.
  • Create mechanisms to share best practices throughout AIT.
  • Work alongside engineering, product management, operations, and leadership teams to monitor project progress, milestones, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or equivalent disciplines.
  • Experience in program or project management with cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
