PointClickCare is hiring a Manager for its Professional Services consulting function. In this role, you will guide a team of Software Implementation Consultants who support successful customer implementations and advisory work across the Payer, Provider, and Convener portfolio. The position combines people leadership, operational responsibility, and strategic planning to deliver strong customer outcomes, reliable project execution, and progress toward business goals.

You will be expected to grow team capabilities, improve how work gets done, handle delivery risks and customer escalations, and work closely with other teams to increase product adoption, strengthen customer results, and support growth. Key responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Software Implementation Consultants through hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, career growth, and day-to-day operational leadership.

Minimum requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Consulting, Software Implementation, or another customer-facing delivery role.
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience with proven success in managing, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Experience handling complex customer engagements, stakeholder management, delivery risks, and escalation situations.
  • Strong ability in project management, operational planning, prioritization, and organization.
  • Proven experience creating KPIs, measuring performance, and leading continuous improvement efforts.
