Role Overview

Serving under the VP of Revenue Operations, the Manager of GTM Engineering will lead and strategize the GTM Engineering function, managing a team of two GTM Engineers. This role uniquely collaborates closely with the customer success team and leverages support from the GTM Systems team within Revenue Operations, focusing on advanced custom builds that provide competitive advantages. The manager will both guide the team and remain hands-on in building automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the GTM Engineering team with a software engineering background.
• Drive the automation and AI strategy for the GTM organization, balancing build versus buy decisions.
• Supervise the development and deployment of production-grade automations using platforms like n8n to support a global workforce.
• Maintain expertise on emerging automation and AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), ensuring the right human oversight levels are applied.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to promote adoption of built solutions and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and integrate individual team innovations into shared organizational capabilities.
• Document processes and best practices for automations and AI initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing and scalability.
• Support the advancement of analytics capabilities relevant to GTM efforts, with attention to data semantic layers.

Qualifications

• Degree or extensive experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields.
• At least 5 years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent roles with strong focus on sales or customer success technologies and workflows.
• Proficiency in utilizing LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, agent design, and machine learning applications like intent scoring.
• Successful track record in creating and implementing intricate technical solutions such as custom applications, integrations, and automated workflows that impact customer-facing operations.
• Experience managing and being accountable for GTM performance metrics, specifically pipeline growth for new and existing accounts.
