Role Overview

As a Manager of Enterprise Business Development, you will spearhead the commercial growth of noon send by steering merchant acquisition, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue outcomes. The role demands leading a team of Business Development professionals while managing the commercial strategy for your customer segment, ensuring a robust sales pipeline, successful deal closures, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives and Specialists to meet and exceed commercial objectives consistently.
• Manage merchant acquisition efforts, revenue growth, and commercial results for your assigned portfolio.
• Formulate and implement commercial strategies aimed at accelerating growth within priority customer segments.
• Lead negotiations and secure strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, marketplaces, D2C brands, and SMEs.
• Create commercial proposals, develop pricing models, and establish long-term partnership contracts that ensure mutual value.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecast revenues accurately, and maintain execution discipline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Fleet, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to facilitate merchant onboarding and ongoing success.
• Identify and pursue emerging market opportunities, new partnerships, and growth initiatives to expand noon send's customer base.
• Analyze market trends, gauge customer needs, and monitor competitor activities to guide commercial decision-making.
• Continuously improve sales workflows, commercial playbooks, and boost team efficiency and productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Between 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, commercial partnerships, or account management roles.
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales or business development teams.
• Preferably experienced in sectors such as logistics, last-mile delivery, third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
• Track record of consistently surpassing revenue and commercial goals.
• Demonstrated commercial insight with experience in pricing strategies, commercial contracts, and forging long-term partnerships.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with skill in influencing senior-level decision makers.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and market analysis.
• Good understanding of the UAE market, including a network within e-commerce, retail, logistics, or enterprise sectors, is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
