Role Overview

The position is for a Manager overseeing Application Support within the Imaging (Radiology) and Meditech Magic platforms, primarily serving the US Healthcare sector. The team is expanding from 8 to 17 members, necessitating additional leadership to maintain effective control.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Managing application support operations for Radiology imaging applications within the US Healthcare domain.
• Applying ITIL framework principles for service management.
• Exercising strong leadership in people management and managing stakeholders.
• Overseeing service delivery and support operations effectively.
• Supporting US Healthcare EHR/EMR applications, including Meditech, Cerner, Allscripts, and Epic systems.

Preferred Experience

• Background as a Radiology Technician or hands-on experience in the Radiology domain.
• Clinical experience or knowledge of hospital operations would be advantageous.

Additional Information

This role requires expertise in EHR/EMR application support within the US healthcare context, with strong operational leadership capabilities. ITIL process understanding is essential. The team growth highlights the need for expanded management to ensure quality and control.
