Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a credible and respected Loss Adjuster with demonstrated expertise in managing major and complex claims, who maintains strong industry connections and exercises sound judgment in difficult situations.

• Proven experience handling major and complex loss claims
• Established relationships with insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders
• High-level skills in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution
• Ability to manage complex claim portfolios with a commercial and client-centric mindset
• Dedication to continuous professional learning and technical excellence

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience in major and complex loss adjusting
• Relevant professional certification such as ANZIIF, AICLA, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture trusted stakeholder relationships
• Valid driver's license
