Position Overview

We are inviting motivated individuals to join our team as Maintenance Technicians I, contributing to our commitment to excellence and quality in the diesel aftermarket.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Hourly pay rate: $22.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with the Communicable Disease Prevention Plan
• Maintain cleanliness in each production department
• Sweep floors and remove garbage
• Manage cardboard removal and upkeep of compactor
• Handle pallet removal and recycling tasks
• Conduct small machine preventive maintenance
• Install safety equipment as required
• Clean yard areas and manage scrap metal removal and recycling
• Carry out additional assignments delegated by supervisors
• Work independently while following established operational procedures

Qualifications and Certifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Operator certificates for Class 1 Counterbalanced Forklift, Class 3 Power Pallet Jack, and Work Assist Vehicle (WAV)

• Capable of performing physical tasks
• Demonstrates a positive work ethic and attitude
• Willingness to use required personal protective equipment
• Vision and hearing corrected to normal ranges
• Physically able to stand, walk, sit, kneel, and use stairs regularly
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
