Loss Prevention Associate

Role Overview

Join a leading grocery retail company as a Loss Prevention Associate based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This position primarily focuses on monitoring security measures to minimize inventory losses by leveraging observation skills and collaboration with various operational teams.

Key Duties

• Regularly oversee CCTV footage and execute stock and security audits to ensure asset protection.
• Detect and report any suspicious behaviors, theft incidents, or inventory inconsistencies.
• Compare physical stock against system records and contribute to accurate inventory reconciliation processes.
• Document incidents thoroughly and adhere strictly to company loss-prevention protocols.
• Work closely with store management, warehouse staff, and operations teams to collaboratively reduce shrinkage and losses.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong observational abilities coupled with effective communication skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory management or warehouse operational procedures.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules as needed.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from 20000 to 30000 INR.
