The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the operational logistics for the organization, ensuring smooth coordination among departments and efficient supply chain flow.
Languages

Education

Experience
Candidates should have between two to three years of relevant work experience.
Work Location
This is an on-site role based in North York, Ontario, Canada; remote work is not permitted.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the organization's operational logistics activities.
- Plan, arrange, and coordinate logistics operations to support organizational needs.
- Track and complete assigned work orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with various work units or departments to synchronize activities.
- Supervise the transfer and movement of supplies and materials among departments.
- Work alongside warehouse and production teams to align logistics processes.
- Control and organize the flow of traffic related to supplies delivery.
- Prepare and maintain reports documenting work progress and other logistics metrics.
- Initiate orders or requisitions for necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Oversee inventory organization and maintenance.
