Loan Processor

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to manage and verify loan applications and documents efficiently. This position involves thorough checking of KYC, income proofs, bank statements, and other relevant loan paperwork. The role requires close collaboration with Credit, Sales, and Underwriting departments to ensure smooth loan processing. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date loan records and monitoring application status are essential duties. Additionally, the Loan Processor will be responsible for coordinating loan approvals, disbursements, and handling any post-disbursement customer inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming loan applications and supporting documents meticulously.
• Conduct detailed checks of KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, and related loan documentation.
• Liaise effectively with Credit, Sales, and Underwriting teams to facilitate loan processes.
• Perform timely follow-ups with customers to collect pending documents.
• Update loan details and track application progress within the system accurately.
• Manage coordination related to loan approval and fund disbursement procedures.
• Maintain precise records and documentation of loan applications and approvals.
• Address customer queries and perform post-disbursement activities seamlessly.
