About the Role
This position involves comprehensive support in managing and enhancing learning and development activities within the organization. The role encompasses coordination of training logistics, content creation, compliance, and financial oversight related to training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of training administration including logistics, preparation of training materials, monitoring customer service feedback, and maintaining accurate training records.
- Collaborate in the creation and design of engaging training content such as presentations, guides, and instructional aids.
- Lead training sessions and briefing meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Conduct evaluations of training programs to assess effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Support audit processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Assist in the review and updating of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Manage internship program activities by posting job openings, handling interns' applications, and coordinating communication to ensure smooth processing.
- Oversee financial aspects of training by processing invoices, establishing vendor accounts, and tracking related expenses to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Monitor training budgets and expenditures, providing analysis to assist with future financial planning.
