About HOMSIST INDIA
HOMSIST INDIA is a rapidly expanding System Integrator offering comprehensive technological solutions such as computer and laptop repairs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), CCTV surveillance, networking and Wi-Fi services, access control and biometric systems, audio and intercom setups, IT infrastructure, server solutions, and both remote and onsite IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B customers using online databases and research tools.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media platforms, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Justdial, and IndiaMART.
- Introduce HOMSIST’s array of services to prospective clients.
- Assess prospects based on their needs and authority to make decisions.
- Arrange meetings for the Business Development team by scheduling appointments.
- Keep the CRM system updated with precise lead data.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture interest.
- Target leads from sectors including apartments, builders, construction firms, offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, retail outlets, factories, and commercial entities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead transition.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets consistently.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with Assamese as a plus.
- Strong confidence in telecalling and engaging customers.
- Proficient in internet research.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software tools.
- Persuasive with effective follow-up capabilities.
- A positive approach and eagerness to learn and grow.
Eligibility Criteria
- A graduate in any field is eligible.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Having 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or lead generation is advantageous.
Working Hours
Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 depending on experience.
- Performance-based incentive schemes.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Daily goals: 80–120 outbound calls, 30–50 WhatsApp or email outreaches, 10–15 meaningful client discussions, 5–8 qualified leads, and 2–4 scheduled appointments.
- Monthly targets: 120–150 qualified leads and 40–60 client meetings arranged.
- Track conversion rates with 30% or more leads converting to meetings and continual monitoring of meeting-to-proposal conversion.
