About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates for high-volume openings in sales roles for Bajaj (L1/L2) and Kotak. The position offers a monthly salary up to ₹24,000 along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers via telephone calls to present and explain life insurance products.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance plans accordingly.
- Generate leads and actively convert them into confirmed sales.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales objectives.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients until the insurance policy is successfully issued.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates fresh out of college or candidates with at least one year of telesales experience.
- Excellent communication abilities.
