About the Role
Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Kitchen Porter, where you will receive comprehensive training through our Dalata Academy to acquire essential kitchen skills. You will work alongside skilled team members who will support your growth and development within our friendly team environment. Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Follow directions from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality.
- Ensure a consistent supply of clean cookware, utensils, and wares.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold HACCP food safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is required.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
