Role overview
The company is hiring Junior Technical System Analysts for its Singapore team. This role is suited to an early-career professional who wants practical exposure to enterprise technology, software platforms, integrations, data analysis, and digital transformation work in a global consulting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clarify, and record business and system requirements.
- Assist with system analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
- Coordinate with both technical and business teams to troubleshoot and fix system-related issues.
- Help with software integration tasks and initiatives aimed at improving processes.
- Draft project documents, user-facing guides, and training resources.
- Join workshops, testing phases, and solution design discussions.
Requirements and qualifications
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, software, or other technology-related position.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of databases, APIs, and core software development concepts.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
