Junior Recruiter (m/w/d)

About the Role

At Stölting Service Group GmbH based in Gelsenkirchen, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts as a Junior Recruiter. You will actively shape the onboarding journey of new colleagues by managing the recruiting process from job posting to successful hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage recruitment processes ensuring vacancies are filled professionally and targeted.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract suitable candidates and contribute ideas for recruitment improvements.
• Represent our company externally, serving as the main contact for applicants, management, and external partners.
• Create and publish job advertisements for administrative and operational roles, selecting appropriate channels.
• Conduct structured candidate pre-selection and assist in the selection procedures.
• Organize and lead interviews and recruitment events, both face-to-face and digitally.
• Attend events, educational institutions, and job fairs to enhance employer branding.
• Advise and support managers regarding personnel recruitment inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training in human resources, preferably focused on recruitment, or an equivalent qualification; alternatively a degree in human resources.
• Prior experience as a recruiter is advantageous.
• Proficient in social media and direct candidate sourcing via platforms such as XING, LinkedIn, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner with strong social skills.
• Open-minded, flexible, and a genuine team player.
