Junior Project Manager - Branding & Communication

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branding, campaign, and communication projects autonomously.
• Oversee comprehensive project aspects including plans, resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines.
• Coordinate diverse interdisciplinary groups and external collaborators.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and internal teams to streamline communication.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and coordination activities effectively.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Ensure smooth delivery and communication workflows.
• Support scope definition, effort estimation, and project cost calculation processes.
• Assist the Project Management Director with daily operations, reporting, resource planning, and management tasks.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of project management experience focusing on branding, communication, or digital initiatives, handling projects of moderate complexity and multiple simultaneous workstreams independently.
• Demonstrated leadership of interdisciplinary teams and effective engagement with clients and varied stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational capabilities coupled with strong communication skills.
• Adopt a structured, solution-driven, and self-managed working style.
• Possess a refined sensitivity for brand identity, creative workflows, and delivering high-quality results.
• Previous experience within agency or consulting settings is advantageous.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English communication.
