Role overview
In this remote role, you will guide nursing professionals through the platform onboarding journey and help them get started smoothly with the digital application process. The position focuses on creating a positive first experience, offering personal support, and ensuring the candidates are well prepared.
Key responsibilities
- Support nursing professionals as they create strong profiles and move confidently through the job platform and digital application flow.
- Respond to individual needs and preferences to make the application journey efficient and seamless.
- Use strong communication and empathy to advise candidates and help them feel well prepared.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Excellence Management and Account Management to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and keep relevant performance metrics up to date.
